Growth of Husky Liner’s top-line revenue had sat dormant for the better part of a decade. This was a problem as Ownership and Sr. Leadership knew one day, in the not-so-distant future, they would exit the business. So they pressed their shoulder into revamping the sales and marketing efforts. We’re proud to say, Yonder was part of that move.

We brought the consumer’s voice in to the discussion to learn what kept them from purchasing. We did the same with Dealers. These discussions informed the critical business decisions and everything we would do in marketing over the coming years. From the brand image to the new website, packaging, advertising, and more. We worked to help drive sell-through across all channels. In just three years, Husky’s management had doubled the size of the company and significantly increased their most profitable channel, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). All before selling in 2017.
